1. Direct Support
For any technical issues or account inquiries, please reach out via email. Typical response time is within 24 hours.
2. Zero-Tolerance for Abuse
HerFit Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report violations directly in the app via the 'Report' menu on any post or profile.
Important: Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. Violators will be banned.
3. Subscription Management
All subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
4. Account Deletion
To delete your account and all data, go to Profile > Settings > Profile Settings > Delete Profile within the app. This action is permanent.
